Q. Why is there such a price difference between carpet cleaning companies?
A. Low price carpet cleaners survive on volume - which means get in and get out fast! If your carpet cleaner isn't taking the time to pre-treat soiled areas, spot clean stains and thoroughly rinse cleaning solutions and soils from your carpet, then your being shortchanged. Low price carpet cleaners cannot afford to pay wages that attract long term dependable employees. It takes time and experience to become a top notch cleaning technician. Low priced carpet cleaners must survive on slim profit margins. This often leads to using untrained employees, low quality cleaning agents, near worthless equipment that's in disrepair and ineffective methods that just do not work. In order for them to make a profit, they must cut as many corners as they possibly can. This of course is at your expense.

Q. What does 100% Satisfaction Guarantee really mean and why do I keep reading this in all these ads?
A. We're all familiar with the saying, "A guarantee is only as good as the company that stands behind it". We strongly believe that you should never hire a carpet cleaner who does not guarantee their work. If you are not happy with the outcome, you should not be expected to pay. It's that simple. In fact we are so confident in our cleaning abilities, that every single cleaning job we do comes with an actual written guarantee. Most other cleaning companies do not like to talk about their guarantee. The main reason is because they do not have a guarantee. These unethical carpet cleaners are banking on the fact that you will be satisfied with the cleaning job and then they're off to the next job as quickly as they can, hoping that you don't call and complain. Q. I have had my carpet cleaned in the past by other companies and the the carpet seems to get dirty faster. Why does my carpet resoil so quickly?
A. Rapid re-soiling is usually caused by cleaning solution residue and soil left in a carpet that was not throughly rinsed with clean clear water then vacuum extracted. Cleaning solution residue is the carpet cleaning solution that is left behind on the carpet fibers after the carpet cleaning process and this is what attracts the dirt. All carpet cleaning solutions, regardless of the type used: Carbonated, Natural, Citrus, Enzyme, Dry Chemical, Solvent, Etc. will leave a sticky residue that will attract dirt very fast if not properly rinsed and extracted. Often low priced cleaning companies with ineffective methods will leave out these final 2 steps in an attempt to save time and cut costs. The result of this is the rapid re-soiling of your carpet.

Q. Does Scotchgard or Teflon carpet protector really work?
A. When nylon carpet is manufactured, it is made with a protective coating to help resist soils and stains. As your carpet is walked on, some of that protective coating is worn away, especially in the high traffic areas. Manufacturers recommend that this protective coating be reapplied periodically to help restore the soil and stain repellency qualities of your carpet. In order for this protector to perform as it is intended, the carpet must first be prepared by cleaning and removal of any soapy or sticky residues, leaving it in a state that the protector will readily bond to. This protectant will allow vacuuming to remove 50-60% more dry particulate soil while also helping to prevent spots and spills from becoming permanent stains tomorrow.

Q. My carpet is filthy. it's been years since I cleaned it last. Is it a waste of time and money to clean it?
A. Absolutely not, extreme soiling and dark spots are no match for our high-tech equipment, quality cleaning solutions, and our highly trained technicians. However, we cannot reverse heavy wear, and in some instances certain stains may be permanent, but your carpet does need to be cleaned before more damage is done, like traffic lane graying, premature wear and matting. By cleaning your carpet on a regular basis, you're actually protecting yourself and your family from countless bacteria, dust mites and their feces, toxic chemicals and many other harmfull allergens that keep filling up your carpet fibers.

Q. How long does it take for you to clean my carpet?
A. Typically a home can be cleaned in about an hour and a half to three hours, sometimes more. this depends on how much area we will be cleaning and how much furniture we move, etc. Every home and each cleaning job is unique, so each appointment is given as much time that is needed in order to thoroughly complete each job. We are more concerned about the quality of our jobs than the quantity of jobs that we do and we will never rush any of our cleaning jobs or technicians for anyone or anything - No Exceptions!

Q. Do you give exact appointment times?
A. Yes we do. We give one hour arrival times. (for example between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM). We respect our clients time and we would never make you wait all day for us to arrive. Many of our new clients have stated to us that they have had to wait all day for another cleaning company that never showed up or even bothered to call them back. Do to the nature of our service, some homes may take more or less time than anticipated. Also road conditions and traffic may effect our schedule. If we are going to be early or late, we will call you immediately to let you know the status and our exact arrival time.

Q. Do you charge by the square foot or by the room?
A. We only charge for the area that is cleaned. If you only want the traffic lanes cleaned, why should you pay for the entire room? If you want wall to wall cleaning, then we will measure wall to wall. Exact room measurements are taken and exact written price quotes by the square foot are provided to you. You get to choose the cleaning package and approve the cost before any cleaning can begin. No guessing what your final cleaning bill will be. No bait and switch! No hidden fee's! You'll know exactly what it will cost ahead of time.

Q. What makes your company different from any other carpet cleaning company?
